1. Definitions
- "We," "Us," "Our": Srivarada, a religious services provider registered in the United Kingdom
- "You," "User," "Client": The person or entity booking our services
- "Services": Hindu Vedic puja rituals, ceremonies, and related religious services
- "Priest": Qualified Vedic priest assigned to perform the service
- "Booking": Confirmed reservation for a puja service
- "Website": srivarada.co.uk and associated platforms
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to book services
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
4. Services Offered
4.1 Scope
We provide traditional Hindu Vedic puja and ritual services, including but not limited to:

4.2 What's Included
Unless otherwise stated, our services typically include:
- ✓ Qualified and experienced Vedic priest
- ✓ Essential puja materials (samagri)
- ✓ Traditional mantras and procedures
- ✓ Prasad for participants
4.3 Not Included
Unless specified:
- ✗ Venue/location costs
- ✗ Large decorations or mandap setup
- ✗ Catering services
- ✗ Photography/videography
- ✗ Travel expenses beyond 25 miles from our base location
5. Booking Process
5.1 How to Book
- Browse services on our website
- Select puja type, date, time, and location
- Provide required details (name, contact, special requests)
- Receive quote and confirmation
- Make payment (deposit or full as specified)
- Receive booking confirmation via email
Important: A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation email from us AND payment has been processed. Verbal inquiries are NOT bookings.
5.2 Availability
- Services are subject to priest availability
- Peak dates (festivals, weekends) require advance booking
- We reserve the right to decline bookings based on capacity
6. Pricing & Payment
6.1 Payment Terms
- Deposit: 15% deposit required to confirm booking
- Balance: Due 24-48 hours before the service date
- Full Payment: May be required for last-minute bookings
6.2 Payment Methods
We accept:

- 💰 PayPal
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
6.3 Currency & Taxes
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- • 15+ days before: 95% refund
- • 07-14 days: 75% refund
- • 03-06 days: 50% refund
- • Less than 48 hours: No refund
8. Your Responsibilities
8.1 Accurate Information
You must provide:
- Correct contact details and address
- Accurate booking requirements
- Special needs or allergies (if any)
8.2 Venue Preparation
You are responsible for:
- Providing suitable space for the puja
- Basic cleaning of the puja area
- Arranging seating (if applicable)
- Ensuring safety and accessibility
- Providing electricity/water access (if required)
9. Our Responsibilities
We commit to:
- ✓ Assign qualified and experienced priests
- ✓ Perform rituals according to Vedic traditions
- ✓ Arrive punctually (or notify of delays)
- ✓ Provide essential puja materials
- ✓ Complete the service professionally
- ✓ Respect your family traditions and customs
10. Limitation of Liability
No Spiritual Guarantees: We provide religious services performed with devotion and expertise. However, we make no guarantees regarding spiritual outcomes, blessings, or material benefits. Results depend on individual faith and divine will.
10.1 Service Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for damage to property (unless caused by our negligence)
- We are not responsible for third-party vendor actions
Nothing excludes liability for death/injury from negligence, fraud, or matters that cannot be excluded under UK law.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms)
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- Government restrictions or lockdowns
- Priest illness or emergency
- Transportation disruptions
- Acts of terrorism or war
In such cases: We will offer rescheduling or full refund at your choice.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, images, logos, videos) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Complaints
